By accessing and using Meetra (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Meetra is a meeting management and action tracking platform. The Service allows users to create meeting reports, assign tasks, track decisions, create Kanban boards, and manage reporting schedules.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not: (a) use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law; (b) transmit illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content; (c) attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service; (d) use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Meetra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as part of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

The Service offers different subscription plans. Prices and features for each plan are detailed on our pricing page. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. You can change plans at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of violation of these terms, without notice or refund.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Meetra does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meetra disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
